Special Catering Service; Our special catering team manages in-flight meal service, offering you a comprehensive selection of meals you can choose from our special offerings prepared by renowned chefs for WingsJet, and we can gladly provide you with any special treat that complies with flight regulations and in-flight amenities. Our only request is that you inform us of your special meal requests in writing at least one day before your flight and obtain our written confirmation. If this procedure cannot be followed, we will still be happy to provide you with the most suitable and special in-flight catering options.
Cabin Service; To ensure our passengers enjoy unparalleled service as standard, every WingsJet flight has two pilots and one cabin crew member. Pilots fly exclusively Gulfstream G450 aircraft to ensure maximum familiarity
and instinctive responses to any situation, and undergo training and medical checks twice a year. WingsJet cabin crews equipped with training from our company's in-house professional instructors and aviation authority organizations.
WingsPET; The WingsJet PET program ensures that loyal companions receive the same excellent support as their owners.
